A gentle reminder that Vista Alegre Rural Guesthouse is a sustainable property, featuring farm-to-table meals and locally sourced goods. Its water source consists of artisanal wells spread across its twenty-acre estate. Vista Alegre employs an environmentally conscious sewage system designed to have minimal impact on the soil. In addition, leftover vegetables from our farm-to-table meals are repurposed to feed the animals on the property and contribute to composting for their vegetable garden and trees. The guesthouse believes in minimizing waste and maximizing the use of resources.
These eco-friendly practices are a testament to Vista Alegre’s commitment to sustainability and its dedication to providing guests with a responsible and harmonious experience.
By staying at Vista Alegre Rural Guesthouse, you will be expected to embrace and incorporate sustainability into your daily routine. We, at TuaCura, encourage you to join us in our efforts to reduce our ecological footprint and make a positive impact on the environment during our stay.
About distances to the excursions and guesthouse:
The trip from Florianópolis International Airport to the guesthouse takes about 3 to 5 hours depending on the weather and traffic.
Also, be aware that to get to all excursions it takes about two hours. We are going to be in a rural area so everything takes time to get, so relax and enjoy the ride.
*Vista Alegre Rural Guesthouse offers laundry service (not included in the packages).
About Canceling Excursions: you will be charged a $250 fee for canceling any of the two excursions per excursion – unless you’re sick.
